My name is Chris Ownbey.

First, I would like to thank you, and welcome you to my site.

This is where I have to talk and I feel this time is really about you, and what you are looking for.

Now! I would like to hear more about after you read this. But, give me 2 minutes.

My name is Chris.

A husband, father, grandfather, mentor, motivator and public speaker, bodybuilder, martial artist, personal
trainer, and performance coach.

And at the end of the day, I’m just like you.

I have been a competitive athlete, martial artist and personal trainer for over twenty years.

I’ve been fit, fat, stressed out, burned out, overweight.


Not really. It’s called life.

Later I retired and began a five year journey through corporate America –
travelling, sitting at a desk for nine hours a day,

And leading a much more sedentary lifestyle. My days began before sunrise
and ended long after nightfall.

I had a wife and young child, so I was also bound by family obligations. It
didn’t take long to discover.

I found myself stressed out, burned out, and the first time in my life,
overweight. Things were out of control. Something had to be done. I knew

I’m not one to beat around the bush. It’s NOT easy.

Do not buy marketing hypes:

We do NOT lose weight in the gym.

Let me repeat that,

“ You might have missed it!”

We do NOT lose weight in the gym.

We lose weight in the kitchen.

We do cardio, for healthy lungs and a strong heart.

We lift weights for increased bone density, increased lean muscle, for a faster metabolism.

Do you have to work out to lose weight?

Of Course not.

But, things start changing when you do.

You will have more energy, you will start sleeping better, your mental focus and
concentration improve, in the end you will look better, you feel better about yourself and
you will live longer.

Exercise + Good Food Choices + Sleep + Water + Personal Acceptance = A happy / healthy

The secret begins with action. Believe me, I’ve experienced every twist, turn, strategy, and
disappointment to know the difference.

between what works and what fails. After I returned to coaching and had success with
clients, I created what I call the 5-20-5 System.

How It works. We start with a 5 minute warm-up, 20 minute workout, 5
minute cool down; and the best thing is, you’re in and out in THIRTY
