Quick tip on how to create load for more distance in your golf swing
Today is a quick tip on How to create load for more power in your golf swing
I help golfers increase their flexibility, increase their core strength, play pain-free golf, and shoot lower scores by employing a  unique system that’s very different from traditional golf fitness programs.
In short, my job is to make you better. And I take my job very seriously.
That’s pretty much the simplest, no-spin, hype-free headline I can imagine. But that’s it in a nutshell.
It’s exactly what I do.
How will a golf-specific fitness routine help you?
As the body ages, it loses flexibility. Loss of flexibility is the single most important physical characteristic likely to influence one’s golf swing. A tight body restricts the motion of the swing and can even lead to injuries. Flexibility, mobility, core strength and power can all be improved by exercises tailored specifically for each golfer.
What can I expect when I first meet with Chris?
The first step is a complete screening and assessment of the golfer and his or her swing.
The golf swing involves both the storing and releasing of energy. When energy is released haphazardly anywhere in the golf swing,
you lose power and distance. The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer, because efficiency is unique to each golfer’s body characteristics. To help you achieve your most efficient swing, Chris must first screen you. This screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and a client history. The results of this screening and assessment are then used to develop a plan that is unique to you.
