30 Minute Fitness Get Fit Move Fast Get Out!

Let’s face it – your life is busy. Between work, school, home, social, religious, recreational, and other activities you might have going on, it’s tough to find a few free minutes sometimes! With all of these expectations and requirements, sometimes it’s easy to let our personal fitness and goals slip between the cracks.

I decided I had to create an exercise program that was consistent and convenient enough to allow you to keep your busy schedule.  What came out of that was to challenge the status quo. I believe in thinking differently. The way I changed the status quo was by making my service solve the 3 reasons most people  with real lives do not work out.

  1. Time
  2. Motivation
  3. Intimidation

So I developed a system that is easy to use, simple to follow, and very effective.  And not only does it take half as long as a “normal” workout, it WORKS.

The idea is simple, here’s how it works.

Each 30  minute session incorporates 5 minute Warm Up, followed by a 20 minute Workout and then a 5 minute Cool Down.

It is great for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

The best part is, your IN and OUT in 30 minutes.
