Golf Fitness Group Challenge takes the guess work away from those health conscious golfers who have been under serviced in the fitness community until now.
Golf Fitness Group Challenge has been carefully designed based on the most advanced research and science in the industry and tailored just for the golfer. No matter what level of golf you play or your current fitness level, you’ll have fun while you improve your golf game!
Golf Fitness Group Challenge is set up through Golden Bear Golf Training Center and is instructed by only golf fitness experts certified through the Titleist Performance Institute. This 60 minute full body workout routine incorporates, flexibility and mobility training, balance and stability focus for your core, strength and power components appropriate to the average golfer, as well as cardiovascular conditioning on the golfer’s level. Golf Fit in 30 Program
Tuesday &Thursday 6:30 – 7:00pm
Our Golf Fit in 30 Program is perfect for the business traveler, busy parent, with little time to work out and the thought of having to spend hours in the gym lifting weights and doing cardio can be a daunting proposition.
The Golf Fit in 30 Program solves both problems with simple, fast,and effective workouts and nutritional advice for anyone looking to drop the weight or get back in into golf shape and build a functionally strong physique that will not be counterproductive to their golf game.
Every workout is no longer that 20 minutes with a 5 minute Pre stretch and finished off with a 5 minute post stretch.
VIP Program

Our VIP Program will be exclusively for clients who live locally and want to have access to meet with Chris Ownbey TPI Certified Golf Fitness Professional on a weekly basis.
VIP Clients must qualify to participate.
