One simple move to stop your slice forever!

The focus on the dreaded SLICE is and will always be the mainstay of golf magazine tips.

Why? 80% of all amateurs have it. Even top pros still get it every once in awhile.

To sum it up, most golfers will remain frustrated for years because they never find out why they are slicing.

At first glance, this may seem like a mechanical issue, but if we take a deeper look we see there is more to it

The body is required to have certain levels of flexibility, balance, endurance, strength, and power to complete a golf swing. If the body lacks in any of the above categories, then it is going to affect your golf swing.

You see…the downswing is called the Kinematic sequence.   The Kinematic Sequence is about one smooth and flowing release of explosive energy from the ground right on up through the body and out the hands. When we get the sequence out of order leading with the shoulders, arms, and hands the lower body has to catch up.

Does it only happen in Golf?   Of course not, you see it in other sports. Watch a power hitter in baseball, or a heavyweight fighter throw a rib breaking body punch.  These fundamental movement patterns the ability to develop power from the ground up, you learned as a kid are now transformed into a fundamental sport skill.  If you have not mastered one of these fundamental movement skills, hitting, throwing, kicking, punching, then it will be hard for you to feel how this sequence feels in the golf swing. This could cause headaches for both you and your golf instructor.

So the question is not how do I get my swing to look like the Pro’s, The question you should be asking yourself, do I  physical limitation that could have a direct effect on my ability  to have the same kinematic sequence  of generating speed and transferring speed through out my body like the best ball strikers on  tour.

There is only one proven way to cure to slice.

The body must be trained to start the downswing in the correct sequence to put the club on the correct path, in spite of the bodies natural tendencies to do otherwise. When you work on your “body”, to get into correct sequence of the downswing, the golf swing takes care of itself!

To sum it up; some golfers will remain frustrated for years because they never find out why they are slicing a golf ball. Get your body in the right positions, with the right golf fitness routine, and the rest will take care of itself.

Let me know if you would to eliminate early extension forever.
