Golf Performance Training Program

This 30 minute golf specific program is for golfer ages 13-17, whose goals include aspirations to play successfully at the high school, college and PGA Tour level.

Objective:

  • Improve strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Increase power for more distance
  • Get the competitive edge for your young player

2013-14(Jr.) – Played in 9 of 11 tournaments, averaging a 76.77 (+5.00), and finishing the season with four rounds at par or better… Recorded three of her four pay or better rounds at the Central District Invitational, finishing in 6th with a 72-69-71 (-4)… Other par or better round came in the final round of the Dr.Donnis Thompson Invitational, finishing in 15th after her even-par 72.

2012-13(So.) – Appeared in 12 tournaments, posting two top-10 finishes… Was 10th at the NCAA Central Regional after two rounds… Posted five total rounds of par or better, including a season-low 67 (five-under) in the first round of The nation for the season… Ranked 22nd nationally in par three scoring (3.09)… Helped lead SMU to three team wins.
