My name is Chris Ownbey with Chris Ownbey’s GOLF FITNESS located here at the Golf Center at the Highlands. I help golfers increase their flexibility, increase their core strength, play pain-free golf, and shoot lower scores by employing a unique system that’s very different from traditional golf fitness programs. I would like to personally thank everyone who took the time to complete the question Golf Fitness survey last week.
83.3% of you said you would to more exercise tips and drills
to increase your flexibility and improve your core strength. So let’s get started.
The words core training, have become common words in golf. Unfortunately many amateur golfers are unsure of the exact definition of core training and the importance it has in their golf fitness program.
Serious about improving your game, let’s start at the core of the problem.
Today follow along with a quick 4 minute core routine you can add to your workouts.
Give it a try!
My passion is to help golfers improve physically, simplify their swing, play pain free to shoot lower scores.
Do me a quick favor – Reply to this email and let me know if you could snap your fingers, what you would change physically. It could be greater range of motion or greater flexibility, improved core strength, more energy, take off a little around the middle…. anything you can think of. Next, if you could snap your fingers what would you instantly change in your golf game?
Example, longer distance off the tee, more consistency.
One final thought. If you had access to a swing that is simple and consistent, would you be interested in learning more about this 3 Inch Swing?
I promise I’ll read and reply to all of them.
