Your range of motion, strength,balance and flexibility are tested extensively. Once the evaluation is completed, you have have a better understanding of which physical limitations are directly affecting your golf performance.
By assessing a “total picture” of your body, we will then recommend a program that will seamlessly integrate into your existing PGA or LPGA professional’s instruction to help you optimize your performance.

A regular exercise program will not only improve your game but is absolutely necessary for maintaining good health.
